Brandon is very good. But my complaint is on my tires. Front tires in good condition only a small nail I should been compensated better. Cars driven perfect. N front tires in good condition. Not happy I had to pay close to 800. Again service man brandon very good. But overall not happy

My low tire pressure light came on on my way home. I thought maybe the service they had done has affected the tire pressure so I could just go to the gas station and fill them backup. But my front passenger tire was flat by the next morning. I would like to have the repair costs reimbursed if possible.

After I paid and went over the check list with Matthew they gave me my car and pulling away I saw the warning light was still on and it still said oil 15% so I backed up and asked fir help. The worker who saw me tried to make it reset using the steering wheel. It didn’t so he got help. Turned out they NEVER changed my oil or checked my car aftrr 2 hrs waiting. I could have destroyed my engine. I bought my car there and always service there! They gave me credit for this and next change but this is unbelievable! I trusted Honda and was going to try somewhere new but instead felt safer here. Big mistake! The manager tried to say my car probably would be fine with 15% oil life even after I told him I usually only need it 1 per year so by then neither I nor Honda would know my engine failure was your fault. I request this message is forwarded above the management at this location. And Id like someone higher to contact me and acknowledge receipt. Sincerely Donna M

I *really* love the text feature especially since we were out and about with our 4 kids. It’s really easy to miss calls. We are so happy with the service from Nate and the Honda team! We’re back on the road after getting stuff from San Diego to OC - not to mention, we needed to be in Phoenix the same day the car was getting serviced. We had high hopes that it would be done by 3pm but we knew that was best case scenario - we were told it changed to be closer to 5pm but Nate told us it was done by 4pm so that was fantastic! If only OC traffic was better at that time haha! But again, we are so so grateful!!! The safety of our family is of utmost importance and we felt confident only having the Irvine Honda team (where we bought our car) take care of our car, which is why we had it towed all the way to Irvine from Encinitas. Didn’t want to risk it with other auto shops. We’re on the road now and it’s been smooth sailing so far! Thank you Nate!!
