My Service Representative, Mr. Hussein, was outstanding! He was professional, kind, kept me informed what was going to happen, said I would be notified when the software update was completed, etc.
My unhappiness was that no one answered the service lines calls when I was trying to figure out if the car was actually ready to go. I waited 10 minutes on hold without a single person picking up the phone.
