I found the plastic steering wheel cover on the floor of the passenger side. When I got home the low tire pressure light came on. I find this completely unsatisfactory due to the fact that part of the service provided was to rotate my tires and check the pressure. If the light comes on because it needs to be reset that is also a task the service personnel should have completed.

Nathaniel was an awesome customer service person. However, after 5 visits and no one was able to find out how or why the clanking sounds occur. No fault to anyone, just frustrated with not able to find out why these sounds can be found and eliminated.

This service was complex and expensive and it took close to 6 months to get all the parts into inventory under a work order that Mayo set up for my AC replacement. It took 4 days for the entire job, remove the old and install the new. Mayo kept me apprised each day. The only surprise was a good one..the initial estimate was high, so I was happy to learn I was able to pay less than I had thought. Mayo handled all of the Car Max Extended Service Warranty so all went smoothly. Thank you, Mayo!
