Luis Prado easily has the best customer service skills that I’ve seen from any Honda Dealer in my life. The man is simply an expert in his field and is passionate for what he does. I came in with a suspected nail in my tire, in a worry trying to get to work on time. My guy quickly got me in and out in less than two hours. He greeted me with like a regular person and was respectful. I can’t explain how satisfied I am with his service and your dealer as a whole. I came from the Costa Mesa dealer that didn’t have my tire in stock, so I came to you guys without an appointment after getting my oil change. And I have to say, you guys are way better than the Costa Mesa one. Give my man Luis Prado a raise.
