Ameed Hessen was the representative that help me through the process. While most places will try to nickel and dime Ameed stood out with his diligence, urgency and honesty. He should be considered a strong asset because if I were to have any further issues with my car he will be my first call!

Yes I am completely satisfied with Matthew's excellent costumer service but not with the technician or maybe how you update our records. There where few questionable problem issues on the checklist. Everytime I had the oil change done the technician recommended filter change even though we recently had it replaced. Today he reported that there's a battery problem but our battery is just 6 months old.
