Thank you , for getting my car done on time as promised. The only thing I have to say is that I was told this recall and oil change was going to be an all day job, instead my car was completed in 3 hrs. I was at the service center at 7 in the morning. This information about all day job on my car was informed to me by the appointment person. I had to cancel 2 appointments that day which I could have kept. Maybe your appointment staff should check with your service center people to confirm how long that job would take. I’m still satisfied with the service I received, just communication could be a little better when you quote your time for certain jobs. Over good and I again thank Arbenz for getting my car done sooner than quoted.

The technician didn’t even check the tire pressure when the car was said “ready.” When I picked up the car, the low pressure tire indicator was on but I thought it might be normal since the car just had tire rotation but I was wrong. I went home with a flat right front tire. I called three times to the service center and the advisor, and got zero reply. Very disappointed
