Check in and the service manager were great but I went in with my car having system codes that the dealership failed to see even when I pointed it out. They assume I cleared them but I did not and they still exist. I didn’t end up paying anything for the service but now I’m left with the vehicle having codes which could lead to bigger issues. I was told nothing is wrong with my car but it’s hard to refute what my obd2 reader is telling me.

I am very grateful that Arbenz was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. He managed to get me in a rental car that is on the same size comparison as our Pilot . Having are bigger car was a must for us since we have 2 boys that plays hockey and at the same time we at times carpool some of their team mates.
