Best Honda service provider I’ve worked with since buying my odyssey. I came in with a brake issue after going to two other dealerships. I specifically requested a complimentary car wash, 3 people confirmed that it was done. When I checked my car, its still dirty. I was thinking….am I stupid? They would simply say done and I will believe it?!
I will advice management to take down or remove the notice of complimentary car wash so your customer will not expect it when requested and be pissed. This is simple a request and I am ok if your employees would simply say NO.
