Norm Reeves Honda superstore is where I regularly take my car to get serviced and every visit has been a job well done by the entire team. Delano was the advisor for this visit, he took care of everything effectively and efficiently. I was quoted an hour and a half wait time up to two hours but thankfully received my car before the hour and a half mark which I really appreciated. Will gladly continue to take my car to this location and look forward to working with Delano again.

Matthew never let me know my car was ready and he never returned my four calls. Apparently, my car had been ready for almost four hours before I gambled and came back to pick it up. Matthew still never called me and was not to be found when I picked up my car. I have been having my car serviced at norm reeves for many years and this was my first bad experience. Hopefully. It won’t happen again.

Thank you for servicing the car quickly. I might suggest you offer clients the option to skip the multipoint inspection for time savings. My last visit took 3.5 hours for only an oil change and inspection while this service took 1.25 hours for an oil change and a transmission fluid change without inspectiom. My time is valuable to me and I thank you for honoring my request to skip the time consuming inspection. Thank you
