Delano was exceptional. However, Honda screwed me over on the A/C condenser recall. It’s been replaced twice and now that it’s out again the evaporator is also needing to be replaced. I am told that to do the correct replacement for the condenser, the evaporator needs to be replaced along with it. . . . . . . Why in the hell am I responsible for fixing a part that needs to be fixed in order for the recalled part to be replaced. The evaporator goes out, because the condenser went out. This is the third time the condenser is needing replaced in this car and when I need warranty work done, I have to replace a part that the condenser is attached to . . . Total ****. I am no happy with Honda. Regardless of how many miles a car has, if a part that is being recalled needs replacing but you can’t do it properly without another part working that’s caused the issue as well, then it’s only right to have recalled the entire working assembly. (Any A/C component should be recalled to have the A/C working properly).
Delano has been thee ONLY one that has tried to help me with this issue & you won’t even work along side your own employee to help your customer.
