Nathaniel did a really great job with explaining what work was going to be completed on my vehicle and what additional work would need to get done. He was not pushy and made the entire process smooth!

I came to pick up my car at 4pm - paid and asked for my car @ 4:08pm with the complimentary wash. I only got my car at 4:51pm . Luis came out to apologize for the delay which was courteous of him BUT AFTER WAITING FOR MY CAR FOR OVER HALF AN HOIR I WAS EXPECTING A CLEAN CAR BUT IT WAS WORSE THAN BEFORE AS IT WAS NOT WIPED DOWN SO I MY CAR WAS LEFT WITH WATERMARKS. After paying over &1200.00 for the service I left your premises with my car being more dirtier. I am very disappointed.

During the check in and check out process, numerous customer service reps weee standing around chatting while I was clearly waiting for assistance with no engagement.
I corresponded with my csr via email and sent him a final email with two questions, none of which were never answered.
Finally, I experienced some disingenuous repair work offering which I refused.
I will be yelping my review and not be bringing my car here again.
