I was surprised with the cost of the overall repair. The brake rotor parts cost of $210 was per rotor, and not per axil. The rotor price was higher than other shops. So this added additional $210 to overall cost. Also, other recommended repairs are very expensive.
I just want to be clear that Mike was courteous and handled my repair great. It was the pricing structure that I was not completely satisfied.

I pay a premium to have my car serviced by Norm Reeves and I expect them to provide premium service. When I read my service report stating the services they performed but I discover they didn't actually complete them I begin to doubt entire report. How do I know they actually replaced my brake fluid, oil filter and rotated my tires. The report states you topped off all fluids but when I check and see my windshield fluid is only 1/3 full I question what else they charged me for but didn't do. They wanted to charge me an additional $130 to change the air filter and cabin filter. After a quick check I discovered the filter parts only cost $20 and it only take about 20 minutes to swap them out. How can you justify $130 to change two filters? Your service department has loss my trust.
