Delano, service advisor was incredible, thoughtful and honest, once I left my car from service all seemed fine, when I left the office at 6:30pm, I was 3 blocks from work and the issue appeared, warning signs flashing on the dashboard, I am very nervous driving, afraid to drive, harming myself or others on the road, I stopped at Honda asking for assistance from the salesmen, they all brushed me off, stating the are in sales not in service for cars, they advised to drive slow and safe and come back in the morning, I was so upset the way I was treated, I feel the care, customer service and thoughtfulness was not there, very hurtful, I was a wreck driving home

We always go to Gerardo for our oil change and any other service our vehicle needs. He doesn’t disappoint. He saw that our vehicle had a recall and he took care of it right there and then. He sent us home in a Lyft with our 2 year old rather than waiting in the lobby, we are very grateful our service ran smoothly.
