Arbenz was fine. My issue is with your service people reaching out many times telling me that I am late for maintenance, when in fact, when I brought my vehicle in, the car’s maintenance notifications hadn’t even been triggered yet.
On top of that, I was expecting a car wash as part of the service, but your staff had a lunch that day and couldn’t get to it. Had I known before I arrived perhaps I would have picked a different date to come in.
