I want to express my appreciation for my service advisor, Nate. He was very communicative and provided detailed explanations, which I found helpful. However, I was disappointed with the actual service I received. Although the oil change was completed within a reasonable amount of time, I immediately noticed issues as soon as I started driving. My car was much louder, and there was a noticeable rattling sound. When I returned to the service center, they discovered that my exhaust had somehow come loose during the oil change. I don't understand why my exhaust would have been affected during an oil change, but it was eventually fixed. I drove off for the second time only to realize my glove box was not properly reinstalled and fell. It seems that during the inspection, my cabin air filter was checked but not properly reinstalled, causing further inconvenience. I didn't expect these issues to occur during a simple oil change.
