Gerardo did a great job in taking care of my service appointment. He was thorough in explaining the procedures that would be done to my car and showing me the list of items that would be completed during this service.
Upon completion of my service I was notified by text message with links to the service details completed and a payment link. When I arrived to pick my car up in the afternoon, he was quick getting my car brought to the front (washed included) of the service area and final paperwork ready for me to sign. Excellent Customer Service.
