Brandon did not charge me labor to replace two engine filters. That was awfully nice of him not to add that extra charge. And he also had my car washed which I would greatly appreciated. Great customer service! I’ll be back.

I made an appointment via telephone the prior week and when I got to Norm Reeves Honda, there was no record of the phone call nor the appointment.
