Called 6 times to finally get someone to pick up phone so I could get verification my online appointment was set. Someone told me to come at 2:00. Waited at least 20 minutes outside before getting help. Oil change took 1 hr 40 minutes. Doubt I'll cone back to dealer for oil changes
