My appointment for an oil change was at 1 pm. I was told it would be a 1 or 1-1/2 hour wait. Without any communication during my wait, I went to the check-in office to find out whwhy the delay. I learned that my car was just then going to the car wash. Longer wait and no communication. Quite different from the last time I brought my car in.

I’ve been trying to get my fuel pump recall for three services and every time I’m told I will be called when the parts come in. It’s been probably close to a year and still unable to get it replaced per the recall.
Other than that I am always very pleased with the prompt and respectful good service I receive. I just don’t want to have the recalled item going out on me while driving with family in my car. Thank you for your consideration. Regards, David S

While the service manager salvaged my experience, I thought it worthy to note that my service advisor did not seem to care about my needs at all. I called a week prior to my appointment & booked both a 10,000 mile service and a glass repair appointment. I explicitly asked the lady on the phone about glass knowing that the technician needed to be on site. The lady confirmed that her first available for both glass & maintenance was on Monday at 8:00am. When I arrived, I was shocked to hear that the glass technician would not be onsite at all that day & I would only be able to receive the service requested. Had I known that I wouldn’t be able to receive the glass service, I would’ve serviced the vehicle myself. I specifically travel to your store to receive glass service because of my warranty & the trip is not worth the time or hassle without that service. Regardless, the vehicle was already at your location so I left it until 1:30pm. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my service advisor was out to lunch. No one greeted me for about 15 minutes. I was finally greeted by Kevin, the store manager, after showing visible frustration at the fact someone who entered the building after me was greeted. After explaining my situation to Kevin, he called the glass technician immediately to order a rush service & was able to complete the requested glass repair within an hour. It is clear to me that with a little extra effort, the service advisor could’ve performed the same level of customer service. Thank you, Kevin, for your willingness to go the extra mile.

I payed for a service that was not done, rear brake light not replaced but invoiced $94. I shared pictures with service rep showing it wasn't done and it was agreed that I would be refunded. 2 weeks later I have not received the refund and I have called him numerous times and have received a call back. I am tired having to status this issue. I also spoke with someone else today and again was sent to voicemail that has not been returned. I am very frustrated with this whole experience and am wondering if perhaps I have been billed for other services in the past that were not actually peformed. Losing confidence in Norm Reeves service.

I did have a few issues. One is the waiting area for customers. The one in the main lobby has only 6 chairs and no tables for laptops or drinks. Everyone was putting their drinks on the floor. There was loud music in the background along with a loud the TV blasting. So uncomfortable! I went over to the other customer lounge across the driveway and it was completely full. No wear to sit along with another loud TV. The bathrooms were dirty as the service guys also use them and had to advise them to add toilet paper. No place outside to sit. I sat outside on the curb as the only chair was near cigarette containers. It was not comfortable at all!
My other complaint is getting charged $7.00 for a battery for my key fob from your parts manager. Seriously? I just spent over $300 dollars and you could not give me a battery to start my car that cost you .50 cents? What service is that? I have been a happy customer in the past but a little annoyed this time. ????
