I was told the work would take 3-4 hours so I waited that long, but I suspect it completed much earlier but the paging system was down. After 3.5 hours I asked for an ETA and immediately received the text that the car was ready. After checking out with the cashier I waited a long while but my car was not brought to me. Since I was able to see it I walked to it and drove it out myself.
Earlier in the week I brought my other car in and when I received it the steering wheel was covered in a sticky filth which came off on my hands. Today my steering wheel had the same filth on it.
I will not be returning to this location. You have lost my business.
