Erick was the best! Always a great help every time I go to Freeway Honda, and if he’s not there he always makes sure someone else does there best to help me out. Always makes things clear for me on what my car needs as an average consumer who doesn’t know too much about cars, and all of his recommendations on my car that I have done have never done me wrong so far. Makes me believe I’m working with a true salesman who just wants to provide excellent customer service.

My oil change was done so that was great. I did not like the fact that the person who helped me said he would text me when my car would be ready for pick up if he was not going to text me. He shouldn’t have said he would. When I called to check on that status of my car he said he text me earlier which he never did. I also feel you should offer a car wash when cars get taken in for maintenance. At other dealerships I’ve worked with they provide a complimentary car wash. Besides that I was happy with the service everyone who I did come in contact with was very nice.
