Freeway Honda for me was always my bestest dealer.. Unfortunately they disappointed me very bad , I took my car to get fixed from this really bad NOSIE it had on my wheels being a NEW CAR with only 16,750 miles and they said I had 2 options to get new tires or wait until my tires were completely warn off .. I understand that if the tires where warm off because of use I would of put NEW TIRES ON my car but those tires that my car had should have last the time there Were supposed to be new right!!

For the first time ever, I felt let down by this service experience! Dropped my car off on Friday night for a 7:45am appt . on Saturday - 11:30am no contact as of yet from service dept - I place call. Call returned, add’l work advised, approval given - couple of hours to complete work. 3 hours later, I place call to check on status .. half an hour later text rec’d - car ready, phone call rec’d .. we close at 5 tonight - I picked up vehicle at 4pm - all day for a 7:45am appointment?
A little disappointed today!
