I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a oil change. When I checked after more than 2 hours my car hadn't moved or been serviced.

Hector was very polite and had my car serviced in about an hr which I was very pleased with. However, I didn’t look at the paperwork till after and notice the cabin air filter was checked in red. In the future maybe staff can communicate with customers in advance if any immediate attention is needed in the vehicles before paying. Most likely I would’ve had it changed to avoid another trip to get this taken care of.
