Jose was great! I loved going to him to have my car serviced. I said “no” to this question because the cashier ladies were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I took my car to be serviced on Monday 9/15 and Tuesday 9/16. Both days I was ignored, not acknowledged, and not spoken to. I stood there for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged on Monday and wasn’t given any help until Jose showed up at the cashier desk. He was the one to help me finish the transaction, not the actual cashiers. On Tuesday, I had a family member pick up my car, and they were also ignored and not acknowledged. On Tuesday, the cashier didn’t call the service department that they were there to pick up the car and had to go on a runaround to get the keys. I would love to work with Jose again, but I do not want to go there if those specific cashiers will be there as they made us feel unwelcome.

Oscar assumed I knew where things were located, like “the counter” to “sign out”. He was vague about the notification process, said “we would let you know when your car is ready.” He also stated that my breaks needed to be bled and refilled. Yet I bought the certified pre-owned car from you less than a year ago.
As this was my first visit for service, I expected some earnest effort to welcome me. Rather, I was left standing outside at my finished vehicle for nearly a half hour before receiving a text through your system. Furthermore, it appears your car runners are not comfortable communicating with your ‘advisors’? As one saw me waiting a long time, he directed ME to go inside and let them know my car is ready? This restricted communication protocol effects your customers.
Overall, I did not see any effort whatsoever to welcome me nor make me want to return.
