The service was great, but you need to fix your automated emails. I got an email saying that I had missed my appointment after I had already rescheduled. Otherwise, it was great.

Erick M. Zermeno and the staff made my experience amazing and simple. I had a recall on my 2024 Honda Accord I dropped it off handed over my keys. Erick offered a uber ride since it’s a 2 hour process but I already had someone picking me up I thought that was a great service to give to customers since it is a long wait. Once my vehicle was done I was notified with a via text message stating my vehicle is ready to be picked and everything is good to go. I appreciate the help and service at Freeway Honda Santa Ana, CA.
