Erick did a good job. However, I was very unhappy that one of the recall items was a “controlled item.” It wasn’t available, had to be special ordered, and now I have to come back for another visit. I would have like to know this when I scheduled the appt so that the part could be ordered. Or, I would have liked to know when I dropped off the car. I would probably have canceled the appt so that it could all be done together. This info is available to the service team so I recommend that it be checked to improve customer service.
