I brought my wife’s van in for brake noise advisor recommended new front rotors in which I had you replace yesterday.... now I’m back the next day at 7:00am with the noise being worse then when I got here yesterday.....,

Saib was very helpful and did his best to minimize contact during this COVID-19 crisis. Your driver Cruz was also great. While I appreciated using Apple Pay, I was not happy having to sign papers multiple times.

I’m very grateful for Adrian’s help and for all the other service members who helped me with my brand new 2020 Odyssey that wasn’t properly working from the week after we purchased it from Freeway Honda. We spent a lot of extra money to have the RES in our van. I think they did the best they could with what information they had. However, I’m very disappointed with Honda for allowing this problem to go on since 2018 apparently. I guess not all of the odyssey’s were affected in the same way. But, I did search online and found that the crackling noises I heard constantly have been reported since 2018. Freeway Honda is not super convenient for me to get to. And I was quite unhappy with having to bring a brand new car into get “fixed” 3 times for the same problem. Additionally, I think the service members would do well to say to customers who are having these problems “I’m so sorry for this happening to your brand new car.” We are going to try do our best to make it right for you.” I several times had to call our sales rep Amir in order to get a response as the service manager never called me back after I left messages. I also called Honda America in order to complain and find out what was going on with having a technician come out after waiting for 3 weeks. I am grateful to report that all seems to be fixed now, but the headache with having to bring it in for fixes and such was a very unpleasant one. I had to get a rental 2 times bc a brand new car wasn’t working properly. How could this have been avoided? I’m not sure it could have been except that Honda should have made things right a long time ago on the tech issues it was having.

I was not sure what to expect when taking my car for service on a Saturday. Jose was extremely helpful in explaining my warranty and scheduled an additional day for me to receive service that would ensure proper job completion at a less chaotic time. Jose answered all questions and was clear with expectations and results from beginning to end. I’d recommend servicing all vehicles with him without hesitation. Thank you Jose!
