I was not informed of part was being changed in my car prior to the work being done. In addition, my car was parked outside for quiet some and still was not ready for pick up once I approached the counter. As I was trying to speak with Erik my unhappiness about lank if communication regarding the service required as I was in the waiting room. Another guy, Liz shouted that it was FREE! I found his behavior rude and offensive as he was trying to dismiss the lack of communication which was my issue about it. I found myself repeating few times “it should have been communicated prior to replacing a part on my car to him”!
