Erick was very helpful and flexible; I really appreciated how he took the time to explain to me what the issue was, and arranged for me to duck into my car and grab something I'd forgotten after the garage closed for the day. It was also extremely kind of him to waive most of the fees for the missing clips he had to special order for me. The whole experience was very easy and pleasant!

I was not happy because once I got there I was told lies. The car took about a month to find the problem and they focused on a small crash and the excuse for the long one month wait was supposably because of that small crash. And finally they said that the problem was the spark plugs and the car needed a Barb's and I told them that I was not okay with that and they showed me the bujías how bad they were and they gave me other ones that I had Fabrice once when I clearly had changed them a month before this happened and they showed me ones that were not mine. In that moment a red light popped up and they wanted to charge me 1,000 when there was no need for that. And I had to bring my car without any fixes. This was on Edinger St and the 55 freeway in Santa Ana, CA.

Jeff was very helpful, and when I went to pick up my fit it was very hot outside, so I asked him for some water ( he had offered me earlier, but I wasn’t thirsty then). And he offer to give me 3 bottles, but I only took 2. But I was glad they had cold water stocked in their mini fridge. And when I first got there I didn’t have a face mask, and the attendant helping me quickly brought me one. The problem on dash was fixed. So overall I have to say pretty good visit to my Honda dealer today!
