I was overall satisfied - however, when I arrived in the service department there were employees either wearing masks incorrectly or not at all, and when I went to the payment / pickup area a patron was unmasked and when I asked the woman working she just shrugged like it was no big deal.
Also, not all of the parts were in for my recall so I have to return. Which is frustrating and annoying, since I can’t be sitting in the service Dept for hours while my kids try to do distance learning and my husband works from home. I would have preferred to know if the parts were in and then make an appointment, rather than finding out after I dropped the car off.
