Understand phone system was down all day and that is not the service department's fault, but general business practice should be to acknowledge if there was an inconvenience to the consumer. The service advisor could have called me on a personal phone if phones really weren't working. I called all day to see if my car was ready but couldn't get through. I arranged a ride after work to see if I could get my car and a very nice sales person was very apologetic and spent alot of time trying to find keys for me but couldn't. I called service first thing in the morning to see if my car was done and there was no apology or acknowledgement of any inconvenience. When I arranged another ride to pick up the car again in the morning before work, again no apology about the phones being down or any inconvenience. I was handed a makeshift 1 page invoice and asked if there was the usual itemized invoice with what was done and I was told the computers had been down yesterday. Again, understood but the computers were up all morning, I had already called in advance that I was coming so someone could have printed it that morning. It's not like they were busy, I was the only customer there and people were just chatting.

For the most part people are professional. However some, specially hispanic workers are rather rude and forget we are customers not their buddies from High School. No slang or smart remarks are needed please. I believe proper etiquette needs to be trained to the staff. Send someone undercover to understand what I am talking about.

I was surprised that although my coupon stated I would get $20 off if my service was $200 or more. I was given $10 off instead. I didn’t feel like going back to argue about it but it is enough to make me consider using a different dealer for service. My original cost quote was for $205. If there is a reason for the lower amount, please inform me.

Your whole team was amazing except your cashier Gladys . She was so busy having a conversation with another employee there that she failed to ring me up with the correct invoice after I had given her my last name twice. When I went back to her to let her know she rung me up incorrectly I didn’t get an apology for the mistake. I understand we’re all humans and make mistakes but this mistake could have been avoided if she had given me her full attention instead of just listening to gossip with another employee .
