Service was good. Service adviser was good. He even saw I was waiting too long for my car to be brought around and sent someone for it.
Only additional thing that Wouk have really topped the service is if the car was returned washed. I realize these are trying times it sometimes it’s those little things that really stand out. The dealership will remain as my go to for service.

One thing I noticed is the process of removing the paper floor mats after servicing car, the driver touches the dirty floor papers when discarding and does this car after car. So basically the driver touches a bunch of dirty papers and touches all over car handle, steering wheel, shifter, brakes handle, and keys. It’s just kind of dirty, and I have to wipe my car down. I feel it’s even better not to use the floor mats, or maybe there is a process you can think of that doesn’t cross contaminate and dirty the surfaces I have to touch.
