When new tires are bought, tires/rims should be cleaned from the product used to mount them. I just spent $600 for my tires to look bad now I have to spend extra to get them cleaned.

First off, Erick Zermeno in service was great, he was friendly and explained to me the process for my repairs. My only complaint was that I made an appointment for 10 am and when I arrived I was told that there were 2 vehicles ahead of me. I then basically had to wait an extra couple of hours for my vehicle to get done. It might have been nice to know that an appointment time really didn’t mean much, or maybe if I had known I would have planned my time differently....I was at your dealership 41/2 hours and basically only got a fairly minor recall done and no other repairs were necessary.
