I was extremely disappointed that with APPOINTMENT I had to waited 3 hours just for an OIL CHANGE, whoever is responsible to handle the appointments system is not doing it right, In my side, I wish that whoever is in charge for the service department pay a really close attention to what they doing to customers just to get an oil change, another thing is that when I mentioned all this to my service advisor he told me that the reason was that there were a lot of cars at the SAME TIME with appointments, so again the same question, why they’re making appointments at the same time for approximately 10 vehicles??? It doesn’t make sense at all , VERY UNHAPPY!

I have been bringing my car/s for the Ladt nine years to Honda, but this time I requested car wash service. However I was told even when I make an appointment I need to wait and be Patiant, also no more Honda is able to wash the car. I ask if I take my car to local mechanic her charges me for oil complete change $60. Plus tax were as I pay for exactly the same thing $93. So why turn the customer away after almost 10 years to wash the specially after 6 months of previous service. Could not understand it!

You guys make it difficult to get a ride back to the dealership. It's up in the air each time I go to get my vehicle serviced. Either tell customer you're going to get a ride back or to uber back. Quit making it a pain in the ****
