I took my car in on a particularly busy Friday at about 12:40ish, and they were able to finish it in 2 hours and I was still able to get my car back the same day! Everyone is really polite at the location, especially if you’re not really familiar with the premises. Thanks so much for fixing it so nice:)

I have been part of the freeway Honda community for many years. Every now and then I come in to service my car. I usually get a round trip shuttle service.
After I dropped off my vehicle around 12pm, Jeffery stated they only do 1 way shuttles (regardless of the distance) and I would have to find my own way back if I didn’t want to wait in the lounge. I thought that was odd since I’ve used a round trip shuttle service before. So I asked another gentlemen and he confirmed what I thought, that Honda still offers round trip shuttle service; he elaborated that after 2:30pm they offer to get an Uber for their customers.
I didn’t appreciate that Jeffery lied to my face; he didn’t realize I was a customer here for years and knew the policies.
Also I feel the customer service here has declined as in no one acknowledges you anymore and instead seem to treat the service counter as a means to just socialize amongst themselves.
Overall, I was disappointed with my service from Jefferey.
At the end of my visit he did not even recap on the premium service I bought.
I hope freeway Honda of Santa Ana does not lose its family like culture it had in the past.
