i have been with honda for years ever since i got my first car and now im on my second im really extremely disappointed and dissatisfied which is something that has never happened with honda before i always ask for gonzales i have always ask for him and iv always had a positive experience until this time he was a little aggressive which was very devistating for me as i have always asked for him specifically and from now and on wont as the aggression was unnecessary

Waited 40 minutes for Courtesy Van. A driveway guy told at 8:00 that the driver took a customer to Irvine at 7:30, and would be back shortly.
At 8:20 that same guy pulled the van up from the back,soaking wet. Then he tells me the “driver called off at the last minute”
It wasn’t very busy with customer, the best I could tell. This is NOT the first time your service dept. has disappointed me.
