Oscar and Tech Tim went above and beyond to discovery the reason why my pilot would turn off suddenly while driving. Detective work payed off. They both kept me updated while issue was resolved. Oscar is my go to for all honda questions and issues.

Kenya was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and helpful - even helping me reconnect my iPhone via Bluetooth, which I hadn’t been able to figure out.
After the brakes work was done, they test drive it, and heard a sound, which I’ve heard during turns for years. She said your be happy to diagnose it for free any time.
And I got a free (or $50? I can’t remember) brand new tire, as one of them had a nail + patch that couldn’t be re-patched. The price was due to having purchased two new tires from your location several months earlier.
It was a great experience overall. I was even given a courtesy ride home to Fullerton and a complimentary Uber back, as I live 12 miles away, and the courtesy van is meant to cover up to only ten miles.
I’ll keep coming back for service, for sure.
