Oscar listened to my concern and said the technician who did the work originally was available and would check the expected crossthreaded lug bolt. He reported progress and confirmed the cross thread and said it appears to be easily fixed. They were able to replace the lug bolt and lug nut!???? . Oscar said there is no charge which I was expecting but never told him I expected. He gave me concerned advice about a couple maintenance issues I should follow up on. Oscar ,and watching freeway Honda employees interact with customers let me appreciate that freeway Honda operates with integrity and holds the customer in high regard!

Disappointed at Honda Freeway. Honda Had started the recall on this year FEB. since then Honda Freeway had noticed us it will be July for us to replace the recall parts . Now it is November, what happened to the recall replacement. ( Manufacture said the dealers should all the parts ready now ) .
I appreciate if Honda Freeway can do the replacement fast.
