1. I waited 6 hours to hear an update on my car. I had been told 2-3 hours, so I texted 3 times after the 3-hour mark but no response. 2. Nothing was mentioned to me by the representative about the Multi point inspection results, of which two showed “immediate action”. I found out about it later in a text with the link to the results. 3. Lastly, the next day I received a text saying to please call the representative. I think a better business practice would be that the representative should make the call to the customer.
