Gaby was great from the beginning to the end. I came in with 3 issues one was a major priority and the other two were pretty easy to take care of. She fixed and taught me how to fix my apple car play for future problems. She explained that it’s like a phone or computer and sometimes needs a reboot. She had your amazing crew work on a carpet issue and had them work on calibrating my window sensor due to having my windshield replaced. She was able to figure out who she has to bill to get the money to get the calibration done. She was running back and forth to a print elsewhere in the store since hers was down. Overall two thumbs up to your team that worked on my car and Gaby who was thorough on her job and was enthusiastic from beginning to end.

Brandon recommended services that I don’t think the car needs. I squally get assisted by Anthony, but unfortunately he was off on Wednesday. I recently brought the car to Anthony about 3 weeks ago for issues related to the lights and Anthony did not mention that the car needed any services. Also, Brandon did not mention about the nail on the tire until they were done with the oil change. I was not given an option to have the nail removed by Honda or take it somewhere else. So I lárice off with the nail on the tire. I had to take the car to another place . Then it was found the the nail was on the left rear tire, and not on the right rear tire as Brandon mistakenly had indicated on my receipt
