There was something spilled in the hood and on the front windshield. The car smelt horribly of oil or gas I could not tell, and it did not dissipate. Our garage was full of the smell and it lasted for hours, we were unfortunately starting a road trip with this problem. I was disappointed as I have never had an oil change result in this. Felt concerned to be breathing it in.

Chris was great. The only issue I’ve encountered at this Norm Reeves West Covina is that I will make an appointment and come 10 minutes early expecting to get served shortly. Each time I’ll be waiting 40-60 minutes to be helped. I don’t really see the value of making an appointment if “walk-ins” get priority anyway.

Initially brought car for a b service . All checked well, including the battery. With in a week my car was having issues starting , brought car back . Diagnosed I needed a”battery.” Purchased the battery and left. Within a week same trouble starting the car. Brought car back 12/4/20. NOW diagnosed Starter issue. Quoted price to fix $750.00! Your service or lack there of , I felt was unacceptable. When I complained about the car not starting , why didn’t the technician rule things out to begin with ? B1 service documentation my battery was good, days later my batter was “very low.” I am disappointed with the ineptitude of the diagnosis .
