My Honda Civics Air conditioner is not working ..its a 2018. I bought it brand new from Norm Reeves Honda. It has 30,000 miles. There should be no reason the air is already not working. I have been on a lot of forums in which this seems to be an issue with this year, model, and make of Honda. I took it in and they want to charge me over 1200 dollars to fix it ?

First of all, they had been offered me 3 different prices from $900+ to $800+ and end up at $700+ for the same services which makes me feel like got over charged for couple times.
Secondly, I sent the service detail to another car service department and they told me some the services today should be optional but not a must and it is still too early to take that service now.
Therefore, to be honest, i am not coming back to this service point in the future.
