Juan was a great advisor. I really appreciate his work and the service departments work. Most of the complete detail came out great I wish they gave a little attention to detail. All around inner walls of door handle, front bumper, sun roof, wheel wells and windows were not detailed/ cleaned properly.

I understand the wait time was long and no complaints there. I was promised my brake pad with 7 mm would remain and the new pads that I paid for would be waiting for me in the car to install when the current ones are worn out but instead, I receive my vehicle with the new ones installed and even the old ones not in the car. Went back to Sam to ask where the née brakes are and he searches my care for them then runs back to the shop to get them. Instead of receiving the née ones, he tells me that the mechanic made a mistake and installed the news ones instead of leaving the perfectly working pad with 7 mm left on them. He gave me the old ones in a box and offered to install them for me in the future. Not acceptable. Burnt twice IN THE SAME DAY from
Honda dealers. Penske Honda in Ontario after 8 years of being a loyal customer and Norm Reeves in West Covina the first time I try their service.
