Carlos is fine once he got to my car. I have had services at multiple Honda dealerships, and never had a 15 minutes wait inside my car between arrival and getting checked in when I had scheduled an appointment at 2 and arrived early! I did not wait at the dealership, when I called the dealership at 3:25 to check if the car is ready, the lady on the phone said the estimated completion time is 3:45 but she can ask Carlos to call me back for update - I went there for an oil change and 1.5 hrs is still status unknown. I have had very good service at this dealership even just buying windshield wiper inserts, but I guess times have changed.

My recept says that service checked my battery. My car wouldn’t start and the sliding doors would not close. So when I opened the hood to get a jump start, I noticed the battery cables were loose. Pushing down on the cable made the lights go on. It was difficult to reach battery. I tightened it and the car started. Very inconvenient since this happened at night with bad visibility.
Most likely your technician was not careful so that is disappointing since I trusted Norm Reeves.

Anthony was very helpful in explaining what the issues were and what I needed to get fixed/replaced. He took the time to show me what parts were replaced which gave me assurance that the work was performed. This previous service costed a lot for me. I think it would have been more helpful if he could have provided coupons or some sort of discount for some of the things I was getting maintenance for which is what the other customer service representatives have done for me in the past.
