Customer service always great. However, your labor force is sometimes distracted for lack of better word. I say this because I found one lose screw under the hood. This is actually the second time it happens and it was worse because the part was scratching the road. I hope this was the only lose screw in the car and hoping nothing falls apart this time. I don't mind paying the premium cost at your dealership as long as you provide me with a piece of mind.

I was rather disappointed today. I waited for almost 2 hours because the service adviisor, Samuel Romero, did not inform me that my car was ready on time. Samuel Romero was conversing with another employee and did not pay attention to any customers including myself. My vehicle was already ready sitting outside at roughly 1:45 PM. They have informed me that the car will be ready in an hour and thirty minutes. The paperwork was done at 1:47PM. Did not meet my expectations as a customer. Please advise to be more vigilant when dealing with customers.and prioritize customer satisfaction rather than employee
