My car got flat tire last weekend (10/9) I was trying to schedule on line? but your system is not working well. Therefore I went to West Covina around 9:00, but I was waiting over 3 hours, your car service did nothing with my car. Until I asked the associate at 12:40, I don’t think you have a good service for it because they told me it could be completed before 12:00, and I need to pick up my kids.
Whatever, I get my car at 2:40 and missed the pick up time.
Therefore, your team and service screwed up
