My service experience with Adrian was very good. He was very accommodating in assisting me with my technical questions. He made sure I was satisfied with his assistance in between his busy time assisting other customers. When I challenged him if the work order for my car was done properly, without hesitation he replied that dealership service is excellent! My bad experience with the service department was extremely bad and I caught them off guard for charging me for the service NOT DONE! Spreen Honda Loma Linda! My latest two Hybrid Honda were purchased at Norm Reeves West Covina! Very professional employees!
