I did an oil change and they didnt even put enough oil in, I checked it today (1 day after done) and its at the bottom low minimum mark, charged me $101 to go cheap on the oil? Didn't top off my fluids at all. Tried to lie and charge me for a full arm windshield wiper $54. Said my car make and model doesnt allow just the blade, thats lies as I googled it and just ordered on amazon that day, and today replied my 2 front wiper blades and my back one for $25 total. Tried to uncharge me for other services which I declined. This is the 2nd employee who has lied to me and tried to charge me for things to make a profit. Tomorrow I will call corporate honda and the bbb to make a formal complaint as I feel sorry for all customers who have been ripped off by this shady dealership.
