I prefer to be noticed when or by what date I will receive the survey, this way I can put it on my calendar so I schedule my time to complete it. The next couple days sounds casual and vague, and it gives us a feeling that we need to be on call to keep an eye on it, and nowadays everyone is receiving tons of emails daily, your email can be drowning among those. Also in my experience, if I don't respond, I will get calls/texts/emails to be reminded, which is inefficient. I am more than happy to provide feedback but just be clear on which day the survey is sent and sent by which email. Like you want to know what time I want to schedule my appointment with you right?
