Waiting for my car for 3 hours just for an oil change. Carlos called me to tell me it would he a little later and he was about to he off but his have his coworker call me and was hoping it would be until 5:15. I had to go up to the people to ask about my status of the car at 615. If it wasn't for that, I don't think I would have gotten my car. I looked at the report and my car was serviced at 4:48. They did not call me and I had to wait for a status. If it wasn't for Joseph I don't know if I would have gotten my car. I saw the paper state to give my car info to Javier. I just wasted my whole afternoon.
